Managing your ClaimPort account settings.

Profile Settings

Update Your Profile

  1. 1.Click your avatar in the top right
  2. 2.Select Profile
  3. 3.Update your information
  4. 4.Click Save

You can update:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Avatar/photo
  • Password
  • Notification preferences

Change Password

  1. 1.Go to Profile > Security
  2. 2.Click Change Password
  3. 3.Enter current password
  4. 4.Enter new password (twice)
  5. 5.Click Update

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

  1. 1.Go to Profile > Security
  2. 2.Click Enable 2FA
  3. 3.Scan QR code with authenticator app
  4. 4.Enter verification code
  5. 5.Save backup codes securely

Business Settings

Update Business Info

Settings > Business lets you change:

  • Business name
  • Logo
  • Industry
  • Contact information
  • Address

Portal Settings

Settings > Claim Portal controls:

  • Portal URL
  • Branding
  • Form fields
  • Submission rules

Notification Settings

Settings > Notifications configures:

  • Email notifications
  • In-app alerts
  • Digest frequency
  • Team notifications

Team Management

View Team

Settings > Team shows:

  • All team members
  • Their roles
  • Last active
  • Invite status

Invite Members

  1. 1.Click Invite Member
  2. 2.Enter email address
  3. 3.Select role
  4. 4.Click Send Invite

Remove Members

  1. 1.Find member in list
  2. 2.Click Remove
  3. 3.Confirm removal
  4. 4.Access revoked immediately

Integrations

Connected Apps

Settings > Integrations shows:

  • Active integrations
  • Sync status
  • Configuration options

Disconnect Integration

  1. 1.Find the integration
  2. 2.Click Disconnect
  3. 3.Confirm the action
  4. 4.Data sync stops

Danger Zone

Export Data

Before major changes:

  1. 1.Go to Settings > Data
  2. 2.Click Export All
  3. 3.Download the ZIP file

Delete Account

To permanently delete:

  1. 1.Go to Settings > Account
  2. 2.Click Delete Account
  3. 3.Type confirmation
  4. 4.Click Delete Forever

Warning: This cannot be undone!
