Billing FAQ

How does billing work?

  • Billed monthly or annually (save 20% annually)
  • Credit card or invoice (Enterprise)
  • Charges on the same day each month

Can I change plans?

Yes, anytime:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • Downgrades take effect next billing cycle
  • Prorated charges for mid-cycle changes

What happens if I exceed limits?

  • You'll receive a notification
  • Option to upgrade or wait until next cycle
  • Claims still accepted but may be queued

How do I cancel?

  1. 1.Go to Settings > Billing
  2. 2.Click Cancel Subscription
  3. 3.Select reason and confirm
  4. 4.Access continues until period ends

Do you offer refunds?

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Contact support for special circumstances

Managing Your Subscription

View Current Plan

Settings > Billing shows:

  • Current plan
  • Usage this period
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method

Update Payment Method

  1. 1.Go to Settings > Billing
  2. 2.Click Update Payment
  3. 3.Enter new card details
  4. 4.Click Save

Download Invoices

  1. 1.Go to Settings > Billing
  2. 2.Click Invoice History
  3. 3.Download any invoice as PDF

Add Team Members

  1. 1.Check your plan limits
  2. 2.Go to Settings > Team
  3. 3.Invite new members
  4. 4.Upgrade if needed
