Dashboard Layout

The dashboard is divided into several key areas:

Navigation Sidebar

Located on the left side:

Main Content Area

The central area shows:

Shows at a glance:

Recent Claims

List of latest claims with:

If you manage a team:

Processing a Claim

Finding Claims

Use the search bar to find claims by:

• •Order number
• •Product name

Filtering Claims

Filter the claims list by:

• •Status (Pending, In Review, Approved, etc.)
• •Date range
• •Assigned agent
• •Product category

Keyboard Shortcuts

Speed up your workflow:

• •a - Approve selected claim
