Dashboard Layout

The dashboard is divided into several key areas:

Navigation Sidebar

Located on the left side:

  • Dashboard: Overview and quick stats
  • Claims: View and manage all claims
  • Analytics: Reports and insights
  • Team Activity: See what your team is doing
  • Settings: Configure your account

Main Content Area

The central area shows:

  • Current page content
  • Claim details
  • Analytics charts
  • Configuration options

Header Bar

At the top you'll find:

  • Search functionality

Dashboard Widgets

Claims Overview

Shows at a glance:

  • Total claims this period
  • Claims by status
  • Pending actions needed
  • Recent activity

Quick Stats

Key metrics:

  • Average resolution time
  • Approval rate
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Claims this week vs last

Recent Claims

List of latest claims with:

  • Claim number
  • Customer name
  • Status
  • Time submitted

Team Performance

If you manage a team:

  • Claims per agent
  • Resolution times
  • Quality scores

Key Actions

Processing a Claim

  1. 1.Click on a claim from the list
  2. 2.Review claim details and photos
  3. 3.Check AI analysis and suggestions
  4. 4.Make a decision (Approve/Deny/More Info)
  5. 5.Send response to customer

Finding Claims

Use the search bar to find claims by:

  • Claim number
  • Customer email
  • Order number
  • Product name

Filtering Claims

Filter the claims list by:

  • Status (Pending, In Review, Approved, etc.)
  • Date range
  • Assigned agent
  • Product category

Keyboard Shortcuts

Speed up your workflow:

  • / - Focus search
  • n - New claim
  • a - Approve selected claim
  • r - Request more info
  • ←/→ - Navigate between claims
