Connect ClaimPort to your e-commerce platform to automatically sync orders and streamline claims processing.

Supported Platforms

ClaimPort integrates with the following platforms:

  • Shopify - Full integration with order sync
  • WooCommerce - Plugin available for WordPress
  • BigCommerce - Native app integration
  • Magento - API integration
  • Custom Platforms - REST API available

Connecting Shopify

Step 1: Install the App

  1. 1.In ClaimPort, go to Settings > Integrations
  2. 2.Click Connect Shopify
  3. 3.Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com)
  4. 4.Click Install App to be redirected to Shopify

Step 2: Authorize Permissions

ClaimPort requires the following permissions:

  • Read orders and products
  • Read customer information
  • Create draft orders (for replacements)

Step 3: Configure Sync Settings

  • Historical Orders: Choose how many months of past orders to import
  • Auto-Sync: Enable automatic order syncing (recommended)
  • Sync Frequency: Real-time or hourly

Connecting WooCommerce

Step 1: Install the Plugin

  1. 1.Download the ClaimPort plugin from your dashboard
  2. 2.In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload
  3. 3.Upload and activate the plugin

Step 2: Enter API Credentials

  1. 1.In ClaimPort, go to Settings > API Keys
  2. 2.Create a new API key for WooCommerce
  3. 3.Copy the key and enter it in the WooCommerce plugin settings

Step 3: Test the Connection

Click Test Connection to verify everything is working. You should see a success message and your recent orders.

Troubleshooting

Orders not syncing?

  • Verify your API credentials are correct
  • Check that the integration has the required permissions
  • Ensure your store is accessible (not in maintenance mode)

Duplicate orders?

  • Check if you have multiple integrations for the same store
  • Verify the sync date range to avoid overlapping imports
