Welcome to ClaimPort! This guide will walk you through setting up your account and getting started with warranty claims management.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. 1.Visit claimport.io/register and enter your email address
  2. 2.Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
  3. 3.Verify your email by clicking the link we send you
  4. 4.Complete your profile with your business information

Step 2: Configure Your Business Profile

After signing up, you'll need to set up your business profile:

  • Business Name: Your company's official name
  • Business Type: E-commerce, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Industry: Select your primary industry
  • Logo: Upload your company logo (recommended size: 200x200px)

Step 3: Set Up Your Team

Invite team members to collaborate:

  1. 1.Go to Settings > Team Management
  2. 2.Click "Invite Member"
  3. 3.Enter their email and select a role (Admin, Manager, or Agent)
  4. 4.They'll receive an invitation email with setup instructions

Step 4: Configure Notifications

Set up how you want to be notified about claims:

  • Email Notifications: New claims, status updates, approvals needed
  • In-App Notifications: Real-time alerts in your dashboard
  • Digest Emails: Daily or weekly summary reports
